Registration is confirmed once attendee information is submitted and payment has been received.
Visa & overseas attendees
- English ↔ Korean simultaneous interpretation is provided on both conference days.
- Visa invitation letters are issued only after a conference ticket has been purchased. Processing may take up to 4 weeks.
- Please review the refund policy carefully before purchasing your ticket.
- The Digital Marketing Summit organizing committee is not responsible for visa approval results. Documents can be issued after purchase, and cancellations due to visa denial follow the standard refund policy.
Cancellation & refund policy
- 15+ days before the event: 100% refund
- 8–14 days before: 50% refund
- Within 7 days & No-show: No refund
Cancellation and refund requests must be sent by email from the registered attendee or the person in charge.
