As the head of Insight Lab at Chai Communication, Dongwook Kim focuses on researching and developing AI-driven marketing strategies.

With 23 years of experience as an advertising strategist, he has been behind some of the most memorable campaigns in Korea. His portfolio includes:

He won the Grand Prize at the Korea Advertising Awards for his “Believe in the Power of Skin” campaign for Laneige (Amorepacific) and was a finalist at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity for the “Share Hair” campaign, which encouraged hair donations for children with cancer.

He is also the author of “It’s All About the Concept” and “Selling to Today’s Generation” and has translated “How Saatchi Thinks: The World’s Best Creative Collective” into Korean.

Soyeon Kim is the Director of Marketing at Coupang Eats, where she oversees all marketing operations.

With 18 years of experience in both Korea and Singapore, she has held marketing leadership roles at global tech companies, including Google, Meta, Huawei, and Uber.

During her first 10 years in advertising platforms, she witnessed the evolution of digital marketing—from text-based ads to image and video formats. Now, she applies her expertise to bridging digital and offline marketing, focusing on customer acquisition and retention to drive business growth.
