My Digital Experience Reaching 100 Million Users: How Brands Can Succeed in the Future of Creativity

Session Overview

We’ve entered a new era for brands. The distance between idea, execution, and distribution is shrinking fast— and AI is making creation more instant and accessible than ever.

As creativity becomes democratized at global scale, brands face a new challenge: how to stay distinctive and relevant when control is no longer centralized, and trust becomes more complex.

Drawing on her experience designing for hundreds of millions of users and leading AI-powered creative tools at Canva, Jessica explores what brand-building looks like in a world of co-creation—and how organizations can respond to this shift to remain trusted, differentiated, and successful in the new creative era.

Attendees will leave with a fresh perspective on brand in the age of AI, and a clearer understanding of how to navigate participation, adaptability, and trust at scale.
