About Stephan Czypionka | Global CMO, CJ Foods
Stephan is the Global CMO of CJ Foods, South Korea’s largest food company (USD 10B in revenue). He is on a mission to globalize K-food brands and share the magic of Asian cuisine with the world.
Before joining CJ Foods, Stephan held regional CMO roles at The Coca-Cola Company, spearheading high-profile campaigns that built, revitalized, and propelled brands to market leadership across Europe, LATAM, Asia, and Africa. Later, as Global VP of Marketing Performance, he redefined Coca-Cola’s global brand-building model and set the standard for marketing effectiveness.
Beyond brand-building, he is passionate about shaping the future of marketing and mentoring the next generation of leaders. He volunteers at IESE Business School, supporting young entrepreneurs on their journey to success. As a long-time juror—and most recently, Grand Executive Jury President for the APAC Tambuli Awards—he has had the privilege of celebrating businesses that redefine marketing’s role in both business and society.
