When AI Becomes the Shopper: What Agentic Commerce Means for Brands Like Ours

Session Overview

AI is no longer just recommending products — it is starting to choose them. As consumers increasingly delegate search, comparison, and purchasing decisions to intelligent systems, commerce is entering a new phase: agentic commerce. This shift changes how brands are discovered, evaluated, and trusted.

When machines influence decisions, visibility depends not only on creativity and storytelling, but also on data quality, credibility, and structured trust signals.

  • How AI is reshaping discovery and purchase journeys across digital commerce
  • Why Korea’s advanced social commerce ecosystem makes this shift especially relevant
  • Practical actions brands can take in the next 12–24 months to remain visible, trusted, and chosen
