About Cho Se-won | Vice President, Coupang

Cho Se-won began her career at a full-service advertising agency before moving into the advertising and media industry, working with global platforms like Google and leading marketing for brands like Yanolja and Kakao. She has extensive experience across Korean and global brands, startups and large corporations, as well as creative and media strategy.

Leveraging this broad expertise, she joined Coupang Ads in 2024 as Head of Business Marketing, where she is at the forefront of Retail Media, often referred to as the third wave of the advertising industry, driving both business and brand growth.

About Oh Hye-won | Vice President, Marketing Strategy (MS) Division, LG Electronics

Oh Hye-won (Kate H. Oh) leads experience marketing initiatives at LG Electronics’ Marketing Strategy (MS) Division, developing and executing campaigns that expand globally. She is dedicated to transforming transactional brands—those that compete on price and technology—into relationship-driven brands that foster deep customer loyalty and advocacy.

She is particularly passionate about creating new touchpoints between brands and customers in both online and offline spaces. Over the past four years, she has launched innovative projects such as:

  • Goldstar Arcade in Seongsu-dong and Haeundae

  • Media art exhibitions featuring LG OLED TV in Seoul, London, New York, and Los Angeles, in partnership with Frieze Art Fair

  • Global art partnerships with institutions such as the Guggenheim Museum, MMCA (National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Korea), and the National Gallery in London

Before joining LG, Kate built her expertise at Cheil Worldwide, where she worked as a copywriter, creative director, and head of global production. She also holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Sogang University, with a dissertation on experience marketing and brand relationships.

Roh You-kyung started her career as a strategic planner at Leo Burnett before taking on leadership roles as Managing Director of Leo Burnett/Welcome Publicis in 2018. In 2020, she was appointed CEO of Publicis Groupe Korea.

He then moved to Meta’s APAC headquarters in Singapore before taking on a leadership role at Meta Korea.
